"When my father got sick and the hospital told us he wasn’t able to go back to his home and would need to go into a care facility immediately our family was just devastated, before the fall my Dad was on his own living an active full life. Now we had his whole house to deal with. The nursing home suggested Customized Transitions and we are so pleased with the outcome. Trudi had great ideas on what to keep, sell and give away to charity. Although most of Dad’s items were in great shape many were not of use to us, because we all are set in our lives. When my Dad passed away not only were we grieving, but we were overwhelmed with the thought of emptying and selling the family home of 41 years.  Trudi came in and set up a "game plan".  She advised us how to sort through and decide what to keep or sell.  As well, she arranged for someone to come in and take away everything we didn't want and donate or discard it accordingly.  All this on very short notice.  I don't quite know how we could have coped without Trudi's help.
